I was at the liberry the other day and you know what I saw to my great joy and surprise?
I'll tell you.
On a shelf under the display of "Fresh Vegetable Dishes" was a book I had never before come across in the duration of my Food Art life.
Yes, hold onto to your tube socks, I witnessed: "Play With Your Pumpkins."
*Cue gasp from the studio audience*
I stopped in my tracks the moment I layed my eyes on this beauty, leaving Nisi and my cousin behind. I was so dang tempted to check it out, but Nisi said, "Really? Yeah, not happening."
Curse me for leaving my library card at home.
Someday, oh yes, SOMEDAY I shall check out all the food art books the liberry will allow me to. Y'all wait and see.
